These last several days have been amazing and slow moving, unfolding at their own pace unassuming and wonderful. I've been having such a good time working on my birth playlist, digging into lots of mama reading, and practicing relaxation techniques for labor.
With baby havin' on the mind I can tell the foundation of breath work and relaxation yoga establishes will be so beneficial during this process, reminding me once again of the many ways yoga can influence and aid our lives off the mat. Wow, these ideas really are everywhere, aren't they? I feel so fortunate to have had the privilege to study a practice that will help me in what I know will be one of the most challenging experiences of my life.
Gratitude. Gratitude. Gratitude.
“There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.”
~ Thich Nhat Hanh
I hope you all out there are having an equally wonderful day! Appreciate it for all that it is.
Namaste!

Beautiful! I've been thinking about Gratitude a lot lately, the more I'm grateful the more I realize I have soo much to be grateful for. BTW Thich Nhat Hanh is my new hero, his teachings are so direct and to the point I find it very easy to grasp. Love to you Sister Mama!
Gratitude is contagious that way! I agree, I love the simplicity and sharpness of Thich Nhat Hanh's teachings. Much love to you beautiful!
